Implementation Analyst


Location: Bengaluru - Work from Home.

Shift Timings: 9PM - 5AM


Job Title: Implementation Analyst

Experience: 2+ years


Job Description:


The Implementation Project Manager coordinates with our clients, Product and software

developers in the design, planning, and management of complex software and hardware

installations.

Our desirable candidate manages the implementation and development phases

necessary to deploy Kinective software into our clients’ environments. The

Implementation Project manager works with clients and internal departments to

conduct successful project installations. The ideal candidate provides leadership and

communications for ensuring an efficient workflow while working to reduce overall

deliver timelines.

The successful candidate must be customer-oriented, and task driven with the ability to

understand basic software installation process. Performs related duties as directed.


Requirements and Key Responsibilities:


• Creating long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and

adhering to deadlines for both internal and external clients

• Partners closely with other members of the Product Team, Support, Development, and

other internal partners to ensure successful project delivery and client experience

• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them

• Manages multiple deals/projects concurrently that may have competing priorities,

resources, and timelines

• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with

the project

• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same

project to ensure team actions remain in synergy

• Communicating with executives and clients to keep the project aligned with their goals

• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change

• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the

standards expected and escalating any target dates that could be at risk

• Must work independently with minimal supervision, as well as contribute to the larger

project deal team


Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Strong written & verbal communication along with interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead and adapt in a changing environment

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills with an attention to detail• The ability to delegate effectively

• Time management skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as contribute to the larger

project deal team.

• Ability to work in a dynamic “start-up” energy company.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage own time while driving projects to fruition timely.

• Ability to be client-oriented and task driven.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

• 2-5 years’ experience managing client-facing projects.

• 1-2 years’ experience in software installation processes.

• Experience working in a Private Equity backed organization.


Job Responsibilities for Technical Implementation Analyst


1. Project Management and Coordination

• Lead the technical aspects of client onboarding, ensuring smooth and timely

implementations.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, support, and sales, to

align project milestones and deliverables.

• Prepare detailed project plans, document timelines, and maintain project status updates.


2. Technical Solution Design and Configuration

• Analyse client requirements and configure software solutions to meet specific business

needs.

• Collaborate with clients and product teams to determine custom configurations and

integrations.

• Provide input on best practices for setup and implementation based on industry standards.


3. Client Training and Support

• Conduct training sessions with clients to ensure they understand the technical aspects of

the software.

• Create user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation to assist clients post-

implementation.

• Act as a technical advisor, answering questions and troubleshooting issues during and after

go-live.


4. Data Integration and Migration

• Handle data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accurate data mapping, quality, and

testing.

• Work with client IT teams to facilitate integration with other systems, ensuring compatibility

and smooth data flow.

• Conduct testing and validation of data, documenting any discrepancies and resolving them

promptly.


5. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution

• Serve as the primary contact for technical issues during implementation, conducting root

cause analyses and providing resolutions.

• Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

• Document and track issues, ensuring timely follow-ups and status updates for clients.


6. Quality Assurance and Testing

• Develop and execute test plans to validate solution functionality and compatibility.

• Perform end-to-end testing of implementations, documenting outcomes, and making

adjustments as needed.

• Verify that configurations meet client specifications and address any discrepancies

identified.


7. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for

technical implementation matters.

• Provide regular updates to clients, managing expectations and communicating any

potential delays or adjustments.

• Gather client feedback post-implementation to ensure satisfaction and identify

opportunities for improvement.


8. Process Improvement

• Document implementation procedures and recommend process improvements to

enhance efficiency.

• Identify patterns in implementation issues and collaborate with teams to implement

proactive solutions.

• Assist in developing standard templates, checklists, and tools for streamlined project

execution.


9. Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of project milestones, configurations, issues, and resolutions.

• Generate reports on project statuses, technical issues, and other metrics for internal and

client stakeholders.

• Create and update technical documentation to support future implementations.
